Hey guys, new to the Ducati site just bought
A 2021 Ducati v4 , and of course I need carbon fiber , specifically full-six. Here’s my Dilemma,
I bought about $2000.00 worth of parts from
Motomillion on two separate orders , each order was missing parts that were billed to me but not in my order .I have tried 3 e-mails , two phone called but his phone can’t take any message , finally left a message , never heard back. I have a third order of $900.00 . But I’m worried that it will be missing parts as well .
I’ve have heard good things in the past about Mani , But my current experience with Motomillion hasn’t been good . At this point I’ll Probably never see the parts that I paid for.
But I looking for a new vendor that is dependable
And that sell full six. Carbon fiber parts, any one have a good experience with a vendor they can give me a lead ?

Make sure you call during his working hours. I think like 11am-4pm eastern time. I just had to cancel an overseas order and he eventually answered after the 2nd day of trying to reach him. I assume he is a one man army so that may also be the reason why it is hard to reach him. Keep trying.

You guys blaming Mani for not be a quick?come on,he doesn’t make carbon parts he put order to full six.don’t forget do the Covid thing in Europe this thing take time.I’m waiting on my full six fuel tank since January.stop crying.u don’t like it buy Chinese stuff.thank u and Goodnight

You can also buy FullSix or other Italian made CF from other vendors, wait the same amount of time, but the big difference being those other vendors respond to calls and emails.

Going through the same issue. 2 years ago I got my order no problem. Just place another one and haven’t heard from them for 7 days now. So quick to take your money, but absolutely terrible at replying back. What a joke as far as customer service goes.

Sorry to hear Manny is MIA even on FB folks ether not getting parts or no response what so ever . I stuck up for manny at one point not no more . He responded to his biggest purchasers like Jaret Campisi , 650ib . I stopped ordering from moto million.

I’ve probably bought $25k worth of stuff from Mani on two different bikes and never had any issues.

I think he had a time there where he was moving to a bigger warehouse and some orders got hinky but then corrected during the move.

As has been stated repeatedly, it isn’t folks spending thousands who can’t get ahold of Mani - it’s everyone else.

And in case you’ve been misinformed - there’s no forum requirement to tell everyone in every thread that you’re a baller who spends a lot of money. Just saying. :)

Just a FYI there folks overseas that are in the same boat as most of us. I know Mani he not ripping anyone off. What
happening seems not only on this forum also other forums along with FB folks are not getting any information on ordered items. Mani needs to hire help while he building bikes up for customers. The bottom line if Mani is a business owner he needs to have a some sort communication line to all customers . He seems to keeping communication on his preferred customers like Jaret Campisi , 650ib and probably others were not aware of .

#1…I have no interest in reading this entire thread, I read the first post then responded with my experience.

#2…as to that 2nd bit, it seems like you have some weird ass hangups with money and stereotyping, all I did was say that I bought a lot of parts through them, about $25k worth across two bikes, and had no issues.

the leap you made in character assessment and intent based on that would be a YOU problem not a ME problem lol…and is certainly more demonstrative of your character deficiencies, and likely feelings of insecurity and inadequacy than my passing comment that you offered up your trolling two cents on.

For the record, I won’t be changing what I write or speak about or how I write and speak about those things for some random internet troll imagining some offense…I am curious about the psychology of that kind of comment though, I don’t fully understand why some people seem to get genuinely offended and insulted by seeing someone who they see as engaged in conspicuous consumption to the point where they attack the consumer for consuming around them….but my 1st instinct is to simply say: “Back the .... up Karen, and mind your own business, because I’m not doing anything that is harming you or yours in any way.”

hope your enjoying your life and your bike to the fullest, and may you continue to enjoy those things without someone else judging or attacking you for living your life however you chose to ;-)

Quote the portion of my comment that assesses your character

well technically I would say that’s a mischaracterization that impugns my character or implies some negative character traits.

quote any post I’ve made where I: “tell everyone I’m a baller who spends lots of money” lol

you will find none such, hence the mischaracterization that implies what you seem the determine to be character flaws

Man this thread took a turn for the worse lol.

I bought some parts from motomillion recently and received them quickly. Only issue was they dropped one item that was on long/indefinite back order but they refunded that part quickly and shipped the rest.

I am going to get flamed for reviving this thread, but I have struggled to get my order from Jan 6. It was lost by USPS, but they have a policy that they have to wait until the insurance claim goes through, its almost 2 months and no parts. Not their fault that it was lost by USPS, but having a customer wait so long for USPS claims seems ridiculous.

I would order more through them, but not sure what year it may arrive.
