Im going to order the LighTech rear set and was curious if I want the reverse GP shift. can someone tell me what this is? Thanks SPM

Interesting, was it hard getting used to? Did you install and adjust them yourself. I try to do everything myself. SPM Thanks BTW

Um, it's hard to go back to STD that's for sure... Been GP on all my bikes. I did install them, kind of a PITA but overall nothing crazy.

That's a bold thing to say...
It's better for launches (like a slap stick), straight aways (your ankle flexes down more easily than up right?), and up-shifting mid turns (clearance).

I plan on the Gilles, for the GP shift. Have had both patterns on various bikes, takes some time to switch mentally, but it works. be prepared. GP is way better!
