Hello,
I don't have a Ducati yet, but seriously considering one in the near future.
I'd love a Panigale in the tricolore version.
My last bike was a Honda CBR1000RR. I was always skeptical of Ducati reliability & user friendliness.
Anyway, hoping to get some useful info. from here before taking the plunge.

Thanks.

Great bike that is reliable with its own quirks. You wont regret it..

Depends on how you will use it.

If you drive like a nut and love staying in the powerband and carving with precision, then it "might be" for you.

If your looking for a comfy commuter or slab it where ever you go, you might not enjoy it at all.

The Ducati is a bike for the type of riding you maybe to 10% of the time.

But, the value of that 10% is more than the other 90%. Its a passionate experience, not a practical one.

The men who ride these bikes belong to a "secret society' where we don't ask questions about "reliability and friendliness…"
These bikes are yours to discover and you should never ask about "is it right for you or a good choice," because if you have to ask, it's not the right bike or brand for you.. This is my 5th duke and I never inquired about any of them, nor could I care less about their friendliness or reliability… The bike is very "humanistic" and is dynamic.. It is brilliant and a ...., all wrapped up into a package..
I just went on a leap of faith that it would be a partnership, "good and evil" and that's a marriage made in heaven and hell…
Hope that helps…

Well said...;)

I agree. Just buy the damn thing, then post up to find what you need to do to live with with your righteous purchase.
