I ride with 2 of these bikes... they're sure quicker than the 1199...but mine gets all the looks and comments...

I keep telling him he can't beat one, but he still has doubts.
I'm getting the 15/41...hoping I can represent after that....
Are there any twisties in Texas? You may be better off getting a turbo 'busa. It seemed pretty flat and open the last couple times I have been down there. Not exactly Pani country.
Yeah, when I was working in Richardson and ordered my Pani, I always wondered how far I would have to ride to actually hit some curves.
Not sure about that place...but if you are ever near DFW you should visit Hard 8 BBQ in Coppell...its really really good and their brisket is to die for...
Found it! HPR in Stephenville. It was a fun place to fly my plane to, and the terrain had some hills, so maybe a good ride.

There are curves, but admittedly depending upon where you live in Texas it's a bit of a drive to get to them. But at least we can use Radar Detectors here (and I need them badly!)
I'm pleased that this thread turned into BBQ in Texas, twisties and how can we beat S1K's on the freeway.
