Old Enough ?????? LMFAO !!!

Hey Gunny

Am I old enough? :) :)
PM me what you want to sell. I'm a big ProTi fan.

That was too funny!

Let me collect all the stuff up and I'll even post a pic of it here. :D

I know we go back that far just as well brother!

To be continued..........................

Due to your questions about Ti Flange nuts. Btw- thats kinda shocking the OEM one weighed LESS isn't it brother?

Now that just made me .......:D

Ok Gents - This is for BOTH Brad and Wallaroo.................

Regarding Ti Flange Nuts, Ti Bolts, etc.

I happen to have a mix of numerous items from my good friend, and owner of Proti (Sherwood Wang) which many of you must own items from Proti Im sure.
Since my Tri is literally covered with every Ti item it can be, I have no use for all of this stuff I still have. I would truly like to see these items go to a good home, a great member / someone I know from the "Old Days" here. I will take some photos of what I have left - and if you would like some of them, all you would need to do is pay for the shipping and they are yours Brad & Roo.

Let me know if this is something you would even be interested in and I will do what I said by showing you the lot. It would be my pleasure to add something to BOTH of your bikes, and know a little part of Gunny rides with you guys!

Guns.

Thanks Gunny will send you a PM.

Saw I have a PM but can't open dick from my Cell on forum!
Don't worry, I'll get to it soon though. Meant to find all that gear today but due to pain levels I didn't do a damn thing here. Sorry.

Beautiful!!!

My first Ducati was a new 2004 998S FE. My dream bike from the 916 era. I called her my Redheaded Italian Supermodel Bitch. A love hate relationship. 3 years, 1000 miles. Plagued with oil leaks. I bought an R1 and swore I'd never buy another Ducati. Problem was I never rode the R1 because it didn't give me the right feelings. So November 2008 I found my Paul Smart with zero miles and have been smiling ever since. Same with the Anniversario. They inspire lust and give all the right feelings. I'm at peace when I ride or gaze them.

Once I bought my first Ducati in 78 I never rode anything else, bar some Jap enduro bikes. I was in love with them and just like a fine women I put up with their little problems, although I must admit there wasnt many nor were they to bad.
People always say oh you should try this or that, but I just dont want to, been part of the Ducati family for so long I am just not interested.
It was a good move getting the Anniversario, awesome bike and as you say inspire lust and definitely a awesome bike to walk into the garage and just stare at it...lol plus the next lot of 1299's are going to be detuned and comply with Euro emissions.

Few more pics....Anybody want to do a few laps on the back with TB:D

Finally got ot put the NCR Indicators on and Crg Mirrors, plus Comp works Intergrated tail light......cleans up the bike nicely, although the Comp Werks turn signals are not very bright.

I used the Motobox Plate holder, but I have to run the bike in Default race suspension so it doesnt hit the rearhugger, bit hard on bumpy roads.....Ill work on that a bit more.

Also some pics of a night out with the crew.

SMAKImg-9026 Fun time in the Hills, some other pics about 22 rows down page.

Looking good Wallaroo. I finally got out for the first time this year on Sunday. Took the old bike out though. I'll be taking the fairings of the Anni this Sunday to install a couple items.

Thanks mate....glad you could finally get out, even if it was on the old awesome bike :)

If you havent already taken the front fairing off, then get ready for some fun, Ive done it 3 times now and i still shake my head :D

Too bad Watsen Design does not offer anything for the Panigale. Those were some of the best LED turn signals I have ever owned when I had my R1. Now, it seems he only makes them for Triumph, Sport Classic, and the Scrambler models. :(

These would have been the best, if only

Oh the dreaded front fairing. I've had the bottom and sides off, no big deal. Reading here and in the shop manual shows the front to be more work. It's supposed to be a wet weekend so a good time to do it. Can't wait to take her out when done.

Oh yeah it is the dreaded front fairing alright, dont know if your manual shows you but there is 2 screws to remove above the front wheel, 1 black closest to the front and 1 silver more in the middle.....Have fun and I hope you get that Anni out soon, such a awesome bike :D

Another amazing morning on this bike....200km run through some of the best twisties around...some pics

Some nice roads and scenery. A beautiful day today but working. Thunderstorms forecast for my Sunday off.

There are some awesome roads around here very technical, narrow and some serious sharp switch backs and at times bumpy, still playing alot with front suspension settings and steering dampner settings as i need to go from fast hot mix to bumpy tar roads....so I have to have 2 settings one in race and one in sport.
The road limits are stupid, because they just want to raise revenue, so it becomes a real cat and mouse game....but you are right the scenery is pretty awesome, might do some shots through the rainforset tomorrow.

I look forward to those rainforest pics.
