Nice looking bike Wallaroo. Be good to see it with all the bells and whistles on. I'm busy readying myself for my new 'Project1704', but I have to say the Anniversario is a great starting point and I'm loving the anodised parts. Keep up the good work.

Good to see you out and about enjoying your bike Wallaroo. Nothing but rain around here these days as winter hits.
So had the side and lower fairings off today to reroute the fuel tank vent lines and look at the servo motor. Seems unnecessary items just fall off the bike saving an ounce or two of weight here and there. ;)

Thanks Topo, still a bit to go yet and if I keep riding like I am could be awhile :D
I look forward to seeing your new project.....bet it is going to be a beauty !!

I am loving it, only one day since I got it I havent been out. I am pretty lucky as I start work at 2pm so plenty of time to hit few twisties close by.

I am pretty lucky around where I live, we get summer storms and winter is warm and dry....gets a bit hot and humid during the summer, but a early morning blast fixes that.
I am going to wait until everything is on to do a final weight check, but I agree the lighter the better :D

Slowly getting bits added and more photo's taken....Here are CNC Ti rear and front nuts, CNC 30mm clutch slave cylinder, plus a close up of the clutch slider, Anodised holder, CNC oil filler plug and frame plug.
Plus the Ti nut with the Ti flange and nuts.

CNC makes some nice stuff.

They sure do, I had some CNC gear on the 1199 and liked it, so after doing all the research on what I wanted to put on the bike I found their gear to be what I was after.
I really like these rearsets, not to bad to adjust considering it is a Panigale and everything is a bit of a mission to work on :)

I always like to give praise to somebody when it is due and i would like to thank my good friend and dealer Arthur Davis for the time and help he has put in with my Ducati's..... Here is a little about who I trust with my bikes.

Desmo Headquarters
Arthur has only ever owned Ducati motorcycles, his first being a 450 Desmo single, purchased in 1975. He learnt his Ducati trade working with Ian Gowanloch at both the Lidcombe and Belmore workshops for 18 years. In 1992 Arthur took up the role of Technician and Team Manager of the Australian Ducati Dealer Superbike Team. The Ducati race team owned by the Ducati Importers N.F.Importers Pty Ltd.

After winning the Australian Superbike Championship in 1999 with Steve Martin on board the team was disbanded and Arthur continued on with Ducati at the Homebush workshop of Fraser Motorcycles until January 2001 when Desmo Headquarters opened its doors in Byron Bay.
.
While establishing the business Arthur travelled to the USA to contest each round of the AMA Pro Thunder Championship and Battle of The Twins series. Working with Jeff Nash of Advanced Motors Sports Ducati Team in Dallas Texas, Arthur was named Crew Chief of the Year in 2000 and 2002 and won the AMA Pro Thunder Championship in 2000 and 2002.

I have put this up here because of something he did for me. My bike arrived with a little scratch on the subframe, you can see it in the pic, where some Ducati employee was a bit heavy handed with the air gun. I thought oh yeah I should get a top of the line dust cover and stand for that.
Anyway today I find out that a new subframe is on it's way, because he made the effort to deal with Ducati and listening to his story it was a effort because Ducati now need so much proof and pictures to go through insurance.
So if some of you Aussie guy's are looking for someone to take your bikes to this is the place.

The scratch...

Hey Walleroo,
Did you weigh the OEM front axle nut against the CNC one ? I actually still have me Ti front axle nut as the OEM alloy one is lighter, so kept it on the bike. CNC also make a set of Ti nuts for the sprocket.

No mate I didnt, I was sort of going to weigh the whole bike when I finish.

The AEM Ti cush drives I have came with Ti nuts so i just used them. I thought if they didnt look good I would have used Moto Corse or CNC ones, but these are pretty nice and i think Endo mentioned something about CNC not fitting properly with the AEM drives,i am sure he will correct me if I am wrong :)

Still have a bit of stuff to fit on yet, i got sent the wrong reservoirs so had to send them back and the right ones have arrived today so will get them on soon.

Bike is awesome, so much better than the 1199 and i thought that was awesome.... i am taking my time to get to the 1000k's now because we are going to change the Subframe out at the same time as the service, so i just do short blasts through the hills....cant wait to get it into some serious RPM's:D

Looking good! Wasn't a fan of the glossy Akra shield since everything else is satin. A buddy painted mine with satin clear and looks much better now.

I know what you mean, but I kind of like it.....maybe because the hugger is twill weave so it is different.

Plus i had to leave some glossy carbon for Gunny :D

Stripped the bike down last week and put the ceramic coat on it......came up awesome.

Subframe has arrived so will add some more carbon when it goes on :)
