Nano Formula

After testing many samples from different companies, I have decided to go with Nano Formula Nanoformula.com | Nano Ceramic Protect 9H ? Twarde Ceramiczne Pow?oki Ochronne. Najskuteczniejszy system zabezpieczaj?cy lakier, tapicerk?, felgi, plastiki, gum?, szyby i dachy cabrio.

Their service was excellent and the product proved to be outstanding.

I will be treating the whole bike with this, including sprockets as it made the chain lube just wash off.
The paint work when treated just stood out and gave it a depth of gloss that would take many coats of clear to get the same effect and proved to have an exceptional hardness when a double coat was applied.
I think it would even prevent stone chips if multiple coats were to be applied, just have to wait and see.

Pics when done please mate.

No Worries and I am sure we will catch up at sometime seeing you are just up the road.

Once the bike gets here I just have to strip it all down and put everything on and then Ill be out and about :D

Sounds good mate, I am avoiding riding on the weekends at the moment, the police are blitzing in the hinterland, all the people whining about the proposed TT race have been hammering the police hotline about supposed street racing going on, I live on the track and haven't noticed any increase, they're just trying to get the race canned before it gets off the ground. The last two weekends they have been stopping every rider for noise tests and if you have an after market exhaust like an Akra or Termi system then you need to have a sticker on it that shows the complience to the standard, 94 db is what the legal limit is. I have taken out the db killers like most so I am not risking the fine and leaving the bike in the garage. Sort of sucks that the whinging minority can have that effect on policing, most people I have spoken to are supporting the race.

They have also been in unmarked cars driving slowly through the twisty sections, welll under the speed limit and then booking riders that overtake them on the double lines, some very quenstionable policing tactics there.

I used to live right on the first WRC course and people put rocks on the roads, so it was moved to Coff's, where it was welcomed with open arms.
I guess that is what could happen on the TT course as well.
Always those few who dont see the big picture and want everything their own way and the stupid thing is they get it.

I can see i will regret moving from my nice quiet country road up to here, but being close to family is way more important.

The DB killers are always first to go:D

The other day I was heading towards Brisbane and i counted 15 cops on Bikes, Patrol cars and unmark cars mostly around Narangba.....blitzing everywhere, must short on cash:D

More parts

Today most of the order from BellissiMoto arrived and all i can say is wow !!
Actually I can say more and that is a huge thanks to Lyle and Randy, especially Lyle who had to put up with my endless barrage of questions and emails.

Seriously guy's if you ever need parts, these are the people to look after you.

I know Gunny speaks highly of them and I understand why.
This is my second time getting gear through them and again it is first class.

I am glad i have decided to do alot of the bike with CNC, so far everything I have here is awesome and the Ti flange hub and rear wheel nuts have me drooling......where is that damn Anniversario !!

Ok couple of pics Parts and flange.

it was a long night last night Ceramic coating some of the parts, lucky i had MotoGp to get me through it.

First time I have ever used this ceramic coating and I am impressed, if it lasts for 5 yrs like they say using a double coating it will be great.
This is all just a prelude to doing the bike, need the practice to get it right.

Anyway few pics of the mess.

mate,
CNC also sell some really nice Ti sprocket nuts but the urethane cush drive threads are different
1.0 vs 1.25 cannot remember which way now, but anyway I rethreaded and all good

It looks like you do not have them but thought I would warn you in case you get them. They do look nice

Yeah I know, also Moto Corse has some nice ones , but the Ti nuts come with the AEM cush drives anyway and they are pretty nice.

Got the Zero Gravity double bubble screen as well and put a few coats of ceramic coating on it, water doesnt even stay on it.

Finally got all the other parts coated, including the Ti clip on's from NCR that were originally for the 1199.
The rear sets went a richer red after the coatings, cant wait to see them on the bike.

Final shipment from Bellisimoto is on it's way.....cant wait, it is always like having a Birthday when bike parts arrive.

Good to see you at it again. Can't wait for you to recieve your Anniversario and see it all come together.

That makes 2 of us.....Bikes have just arrived today in Australia, but my is not there yet. Probably a good thing because there is still some stuff coming from Corse Design and the carbon from Fullsix is not here.

Will still take me awhile to strip the bike down and add everything,so i am hoping by the end of October it will be finished and it will take longer if I ride all the time:D

Oh yeah this was fun. :D

Really nice Rear Sets

Lots of screws in that kit. Nice setup though. Do those pegs swivel or are they fixed?

All of the pegs are folding.

Your right these are a awesome set up, I had Lighttech on my 1199, but I think these a just a little bit better.
Have to put them on the bike first to get a really good comparison.
