Please check all your bolts

Wait, there's different kinds of tools that are used in the 3rd world countries like Italy and the UK? And 4th world like Canada and Australia? I had no idea....

Italy is metric... confusing the Uk is a mess and is kinda both...lol

.... me sideways under an over ripe banana tree!

I just wanted to know if VAST has a Pani. He has not, so his vast experience ís now going to be ignored (by me).

Pani is still not perfect but I am very far from being a perfect Pani rider either. For me the excitement comes from learning to ride this beast. I really cannot complain about the bike nor the dealer. If I have some bolts/nuts falling off my bike I would mostly blame myself. I always thought it is my responsibility to do the pre-ride check. Especially if I am planning to go fast.

It is a motorbike, not a robot assembled Huyindai.

Yeah, I'd like to reiterate that while the engineer in me just cannot resist calling a fault a fault, I still wouldn't trade this bike for any other out there, still love it! (although i was considering the aprilia too stw)

Well no thread jacking here..... Lol.. But Aprilia being a v4 probably just loosen bolts quite so readily..:)

I think we should call a fault a fault when we find one, and it seems that the Pani has quite some faults. This never was my point. I just asked a question about one member who has strong opinions about the Pani and it got escalated from there.

I got my Pani about 8 weeks ago. Many of you guys have been the early adapters of this bike. For a newcomer on this forum (and a new Pani owner) it takes some time to find out who gives you good info and who is just a troll. I do appreciate all the good info here. It is just a bike.

Yes, agreed - I am just saying that for CF - he has been on a Arpilla-looks-like-a-Busa rage of late ;)

The Aprilia looks like a Honda.

Why you are on an Italian bike forum.? I also have a super reliable and very nice Yamaha naked FZ1 in my carage, done 31,000 km with that. I like that bike very much, will keep it for an occasional ride. It had bolts falling off the rear fender after 500 km. No big deal, with a motorcycle you are supposed to pay a bit more attention to the bolts and nuts. When I get into my boring car, do I check everything? No, I do not.

With my two Ducatis I do the same I did with my Yamaha. I check the bike regularly. I have to be safe on two wheels and one brake (I do not use the rear brake). Part of the fun. Do I check if my car tires if they have damage or nail in them? No I don't. Do I check my bike before a longer ride? Yes, I do do, because I go faster and my life depends more on the bike to be in a good shape than my car.

Was that post meant for the forum or we're you just clarifying a few questions with yourself?

A bit off topic perhaps, but Jariva and pedrin: the two of you were among the biggest critics of anyone questioning the legitimacy of a certain exhaust manufacturer's claims on this site. Bullying, attacking, ganging up on, calling people 10 year old girls...some of the accusations/names thrown around. But here you are in this thread going after a member time and time again to arrive at the conclusion that he is a "fraud". Any thoughts on your hypocrisy?
