Pricing on used Ducati compared to NADA &KBB

Hello everyone I'm new to the forum and I wanted to ask your opinion on the following. I've been researching the KBB and NADA retail value figures on a 2011 Ducati 848 Evo and I was wondering how close are these numbers to real market values? I'm asking because I'm currently interested on a particular bike, 2011 848 Evo with less than 5k miles, the dealer sticker price is $8,500 before TTR. KBB puts the value for this particular model at $7,800 and NADA Guide reported value is $6,815 as average retail. I guess what I'm asking is; how relevant are this value figures when it comes to Ducati motorcycles? I think that if a base my offer on these numbers the dealer will probably think I'm joking. Just wanted to get your opinion on this.

I don't know how it is over there, but here, the dealer gives 1 year warranty for second hand bikes.
This is also worth something. If you add this to the value of the bike, I guess it is normal.

And good negotiation skills will help you as well

Nada is typically on the low side for motorcycles and at times unrealistic. Doesn’t hurt to bring up the Nada value when negotiating, however dealers always have an excuse as to why their bike is special.

I'd say the best way to judge value and negotiate is find actual bikes for sale in your area and compare the prices...when you have an actual bike that you could go buy for less money than the dealer has advertised than maybe they will adjust their pricing. But as mentioned previously, the dealer will always have some justification and easily explain away the abstract values in the 'books.' But at the end of the day, the bike is worth exactly what you are willing to pay.
