Quick shifts Issues help

Hi All

New on this forum trying to get some help and Information about my new v4s 2020 panigale.
Having trouble shifting gear from 4th to 5th and from 5th to 6th
It does not happen always but the gear is not engaging and is going to neutral causing the RPM goning very high and suddenly engages very agrassively.
Any thoughts or any others with similarly issues?

Take it back to the service center at your dealership. They will reset, recalibrate and road test. Will not replace hardware unless it fails on their bench. Take care of it immediately cause theres a lot more than just you and me who have experienced this issue on brand new bikes. No recall as of yet...

I took my 2020 V4 in twice for the same issue, first time didn’t fix but now it’s been FLAWLESS.

Senior forum members here say the fancy Cordona or HM quickshifter is the cure (out of warranty fix) and I actually ordered this one for my 1299 but haven’t installed it yet
