Rapid Bike-Software update???

Does anyone else have the RB Master software on their computer? Everytime the I start up the PC, a window appears telling me the RB software has upgrades available however; when I click YES it opens the box that connects to the server and it constantly times out and says the FTP Server connection is "impossible" of all words.

Anyone? Thanks!

The update function works well on my laptop with the RB module.

Have you checked your firewall or router to see if it has blocked port 21 (standard FTP port).

I just checked when I got home, and RBmaster opens a port 80 connection (http) and the DSupdate program opens a port 21 connection for the FTP transfer.

Rapid Bike-Software update???
