oh you mean vinyl. low shine and cheap look, I wouldn't put it on my Italian superbike

You made my laugh, literally :) :) :)

Like I said in my first post, there are some issues that you need to deal with if you decide to wrap your bike/car.
People sometimes want extreme styling for their cars/bikes, but they want to be able to remove it - that is point of wrapping + they original color is saved.

Telling that super quality vinyls make car/bike cheap is hilarious. That all depends of your choice of quality and structure of vinyl.
This is $400k+ worth car wrapped in purple vinyl.

No I dont mean cheap, low shine stuff.

Here is what you can get.....Effects include gloss solids, metallics, glitters, pearls, chameleon, aluminium, matte, translucents and carbon fibre and all this will protect your bike up to 10 yrs and is high quality stuff, but make sure you find professionals to do it.

you guys do what you want but that lambo looks like .... to me.

You are helpless my friend :) I don't care how it looks, color is awkward, but I posted that video so you can see that when you see that car/bike on street you cant tell that car is "wrapped".

Its your choice what you will do with your bike ;) We try to make solution for people who want to change look of their bikes & not to touch original color. End of story.

If you have better solution on mind, share with us. I am sure it will be highly appreciated!

I like the idea of Vinyl wrapping vehicles for all the reasons mentioned. But one thing, you most certainly can tell if a vehicle is wrapped once you get within 20 feet of it. Vinyl does not look like paint, no matter what the color. I am in Los Angeles, probably the Vinyl wrapping capital of the world. On average I see about 4 or 5 wrapped cars a day, Usually Porsches or Lamborghini's but interestingly a bunch of Toyota Prius's as well. I would love to see what the 1199 looks like in Matte White vinyl, how about it, Milanno? Can you photoshop one for us?

I think that all matte vinyls look pretty good. Here is white 1199 Panigale (not matte)

Ive been in contact with the Wrap guy's down here and they say to do the tank could be hard, if not impossible due to all the curves, the rest is no problems.
Ive decided to go the Carbon Fibre and then get covered with the clear wrap again.

Milanno once again thanks for the black render as I have used that as a base idea....my hat is off to you friend:)

You are welcome my friend. There are already several guys that prepares to modify their Ducati`s to mine render Tricolore Nero & I am truly happy for that!

Very true. Its hard to quantify exactly why, maybe vinyl reflects light differently, but you can tell immediately on a car.

Maybe a race-rep bike scheme would be a little less obvious. Thoughts?

Vinyl does reflect light differently than paint and you can see it even from a distance. I think pro racebike decals are made of gloss vinyl, but they are set on a painted background of different colors so you lose the effect of the vinyl. But if you see a one color car or bike all done in vinyl you can tell immediately. I like the matte color vinyl but not the glossy. Whats funny is some auto manufacturers (like Mercedes) have begun making cars with matte paint colors right from the factory, you see them and you think they are wrapped cars, but it's paint. Milanno, very nice work on the Black Tricolore and the White 1199, would you mind doing a riderless side shot of the 1199 in matte White?

this happened at our local a few weeks back  do you think some protective vinyl clear armour might save the 1199's exhaust with a run thru the gravel trap  poor bugger
