Watching this thread closely since I'm wanting to lower mine too. Installed the Sato Racing at its shortest setting which should lower 3/4". Lowered the front about 1". Trim the seat foam down almost to nothing and, now, I'm tiptoeing on the bike. I'm 5'2" at 125lbs. I don't do much cornering and twisties so the handling on that doesn't bother me much. Love the bike so I just have to have it even though I'm too short for it :)
