Props to Rossi, was a great performance, perhaps he has got something left in the tank!
 
ok so we have a great performance by JLO. Of course rossi i mean he is the goat (rolls eyes) how about the rookie. 93 he will win in tx. no advantage brand new track. he can be aggressive as always while the vets will be cautious.

I really wouldn't bet against Marquez next race, Ill even say hes guaranteed a podium!!! Although, I have to disagree about Lorenzo and if off to a good start nobody can catch him. Last year he was handed the championship cause Stoner got hurt. I must give him credit tho for always being there and putting himself in a position to take the crown if Stoner did go down to injury or whatever the reason may have been. I think Rossi and Marquez will be there with Lorenzo for the the championship, not looking good for Pedrosa.

Also for those who play fantasy motoGP (motogp.com) where did you end up this week? I got 118 pts, picked the first 5 positions correctly and also Dovi and DePuniet!!!


Also, I really wish Ducati would be up there with Crutchlow : ( At least their bike is still sexy as hell, I would say theirs is the best looking!

Yea go to the site---motogp.com - Fan Zone - MotoGP league - click the blue "join now its free" and pick your prediction. Just remember their is a big time change, so watch all the practices and qualifying then make ur pick before bedtime cause they race while we're sleeping! You may have to make an account. I have the video pass too so I watch it live or I go to "no spoiler" section. Well worth the $120 or whatever it is. I literally renew my membership after the last race of the year so I dont forget.


Also, you have to click the blue "join now its free" EVERY TIME. you may think it forgot you, but once your in there it will show you your results and how you did from each track. Dont think its too late for you, but you will be behind by around 130ish points from the leaders. Its world wide and it shows everyone's score, its cool. Except it sucks when you have like 4 guys all perfect towards the end of the race and then boom, one guy crashes out and then all ur picks get screwed by one guy lol

great i already have an account as i have the video pass as well. as i said before i was yelling at my tv for spies to make the q2 round he missed by .02 seconds . i was pulling for him. worth every cent. especially to watch past races.
best finish in history is rossi vs lorenzo luguna. damn that rossi.

zimm you will be at cota look out for your boy 46 . i hear he does a lot for his fans.

Oh trust me I know!!! talked to him at leguna also have some memorabilia signed!!! leguna is sweet cause they have to walk through the crowd to their hospitality, albeit a protected walkway but they all stop! got some video of them all and pics together. Before qualifying last year, cal crutchlow shook my hand and said cheers mate! after I wished him luck lol I sound like a kid meeting my idols, I guess thats the case really!!! Cant wait to get Marc's autograph!!!

im so jealous of you right now. not for the meetings and things like that but because you are going. have a great time let us know your experience. my friend lived in austin saw a f1 race at the track said its unreal
 
The yam was in a league of it s own . Jl can be accused of sandbagging it . As he did the second part of last year . Vr did z great job coming back bu the bedt ride came from MM who rode a loose bike almost to 2nd and kept coming back at vr beynd what his bike was capable off .. Mm is the revelation !
 
Lorenzo & Rossi both rode great races. Would have been a better race had Rossi not been in traffic. For me Marquez was the story. First Moto GP race & a podium place, battling Rossi. He will be champion within the next 2 years.

I HAVE A QUESTION:

If Hayden or Dovi were on the Hondas do you think they could keep up? Dovi ended up 25 seconds behind the winner and Hayden 30. Its sad that the Desmo is turning great racers into guys who are fighting for 7-8-9-10th place. Can Ducati just implant a RC213V engine in the Desmo and just call it a day? Or can Stoner get in Dovi's leathers before the race and keep his shield down so no one sees him?

your a rossi fan you really want to see stoner whoop your boy over and over? lol just kidding (well kind of) your ambition outweighs your talent lol.

in all seriousness can you imagine if stoner didnt retire. it would be JLO VR for yam CS and MM for Hon. where would pedrosa be? what would have happened to the others say dovi hay ionn crutch does everybody shift to make room for pedrosa. that is why the rival between DP and MM cause DP was going to be odd man out at repsol.
 
Nah, Stoner's yesterday's news, he was smart to retire while on top instead of the long inexorable descent into mediocrity that's sure to have happened! :)

I'm glad he retired, cuz he whined waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much!

maybe he whined maybe he told the truth but the truth is if he didnt get hurt last year he is 2012 champ with JLO being second. im done with this thread on to cota. we can talk more on racing then. sign up for fantasy so we can battle for points. 4-19 is my bday dont forget to send me something.lol

For sure the Repsol and Yamaha guys have the edge over here in Austin in a couple weeks. Marquez was seriously flying around COTA during the testing here. Think he smoked everyone during that test? I seriously enjoy watching that kid and am seriously rooting for him even though I am a Ducati guy til I die.

I'm picking Marquez to win over here in Austin. I will say this however...Lorenzo is just a midget freak of nature and more than likely will be champ again.

It just pains me to see how outclassed Ducati is in MotoGP. They will be lucky to get a podium at all this year.

Oh yea... If any of you guys want the hook up on all the cool .... to do in Austin when you get here, hit me up...

Ridiculously miserable! There's nothing fun about riding in 110+ degrees! I don't care what you're riding it all sucks lol.
I'm not completely anti-Rossi, i'm just not his biggest fan. :) There's not questioning his talent, but everything else about him I don't care for.
