Sluggish on take off

Hi
Finally got my V2 this week after 4month wait. Previously had a 1199.
Happy with the bike it looks great and is good to ride. I am finding when you take off from the lights it seems to get bogged down a bit like there is a it of a lull from when you throttle on & it gets going.
Found it worst in street & sports mode. Race mode is not as noticeable.
Anyone else experience this

It should take off like .... off a shovel. Get it run in and see it that makes a difference?
Tirn the traction control right down and the anti wheelie off.
Mess with the throttle response settings.
If I go throttle wide open in 1st or 2nd it power wheelies.
 
I found sport mode full power was the strongest through the bottom to mid on my 2019 959 Then I bought a 2016 1299 and well its not sluggish.
