Although this is a "winter plan" I'll probably be done by December as my anxiety, OCD and ADHD don't let me ever take my time...
1. Sell HP4.
2. Finish selling old 1199R Parts (please, make offers on my R engine)
3. Strip new 1199R of all nonessentials
4. Purchase and install
a. Carbon fiber subframe
b. Carbon fiber wheels BST
c. Carbon fiber bodywork
d. Battery
e. Swap all fluids
f. BREN Tuning
g. Akrapovic full system
5. Sit in garage and stare angrily at motorcycle until May....
6. I'm sure more ideas will pop into my head. Feel free to send ideas my way folks.

lol, it is not all what it is cracked up to be. I am gathering quiet a few miles on the "R", over 4700 at this point and I have only owned it since 28 Feb '14.

I bought a Barrett M107A1 (had to @ 40% off) so most of the $$$$ that woulda gone to mods is going to feed that rifle @ $3-5/rd. Worth it! So I'm probably only going to get around to the DP Carbon License Plate Holder this winter LOL. The suppressor costs the same as a set of BSTs. Also didn't expect to hafta replace the roof, deck, and some big windows on my house all at the same time.

now that the race season is over, i hope to have more time...
mods planned on the 1199:
- put on newest version of cored exhaust
- install ceramic VHT coated headers with 18mm prongs for WB-kit
- dyno sessions
- make adapter kit for SL stock akra cans
- finish design and build and install flapper valve manual actuator (homecoming mode)
- get that quick turn throttle project going
- i had some more ideas, will keep them for me as of now

- QS, PC3
- sand and repaint fairings
- tracktime

Is the homecoming mode device going to be a mechanical solution? Or are you still in touch with the guys from Servo Buddy?
My end of year project will be design and building adaptors to put both Rizoma mirrors and Lightech guards to the handlebars without making the bike wider or ugly.
