Cored, welded and now de-dB-killered.
Cover install will follow, then back into the mail.

Sorry for the delay this time, Memorial Day got in the way

Another one of these badboys just landed in Sweden. Had it mounted up immediately!

Man, that sound is insane! As promised, it's deep and very loud but not too loud. Exactly like it should be. Very barky compared to the original sound. Sounds angry as hell! Like a thunderstorm on cocaine.

Very satisfied so far!

Thanks alot!

Slightly larger, about 3-4 mm but better matching to the opening now and better to fix evenly with the rivets

Phill,
I have been looking at some awesome water jet shops for finishing touches

$$$$ and lots of it..

I got the lion can done it turned out a little loud..
Every neighbor with in a mile wants your phone number I bet to thank you personally..
(For your ideas)

Got a sweet flat black jet hot coat on the system, and my termignoni,,

Re packing exhausts is a new hobby I just love fiberglass..

I had to bite my tongue when the termignoni rep said 350$ for the repack kit pluse shipping and tax/vat.

Every one loves the stock mod can...

I have to get the posting of photos down

Well the dyno run didn't happen. May have blown the brand new built engine in my drag bike on the dyno this weekend so I spent all day Sunday tearing the drag bike back apart. Hopefully I'll get some more dyno time in the next few weeks.
