aaaaargh, that sucks, sorry to hear. good luck on the rebuild!

Thanks. Hoping it didn't damage the head, I just spent $3500 on that head. I'm fairly certain the stupid APE adjustable cam sprockets jumped time. It blows me away that they use a 6mm Allen bolt to hold them in time. I'm gonna have to start playing around the the mill and see what I can come up with to fix that issue. At this point I'm just hoping it wasn't enough for the valves to hit.

This might be an option for me. However, I wasn't sure if I just remove the OEM exhaust and send it to you, and how are you going to weld bits if you don't have the bike?

Send me an email to the address below.

I explain the whole process in it
To the point.

Many buy used cans on eBay and send them to me so the swap can be done in a day.

Cheers!

I got my exhaust cans back from phil last week and I couldn't be happier.

We spoke for about a month before I finally got them in the mail so we could find a date that worked best with both of out schedules and would get the fastest turnaround. Phil was always extremely prompt in answering any questions I had both before and during the process. he updated me with pics every step of the way and the turnaround time was freaky fast (I won't say exactly how fast so he doesnt have to commit to doing it all the time:D)

I got the cans mounted on the bike and the sound put a 5 mile grin on my face. It sounds incredible and is louder than the akra and term systems that I've heard. For anyone looking for something less thunderous (which I don't understand) he can set it up that way as well. All in all I am one very satisfied customer and would highly recommend you guys jump on this.

Thanks again Phil

Thought I'd chim in. I just had my exhaust cored (loudify/fullservice) and gotta say Phil is one legitimate guy. Very honest and service was great. He kept me up to date on what he did and even showed pictures. Turn around time was also great even when he was handicap for a couple weeks. I haven't put the exhaust on the 899 yet but will have a video up this weekend in the meantime here is pictures of my exhaust and a video of my exhaust on Phil ' s 1199
