I ended up running it for about 1000miles to get a better understanding of the issue. With the upmap tune it runs perfectly fine when the bike it driven spiritedly. The only time you May or may not run into jumpy throttle response or surges in the bikes power is at low rpm. Generally this would only happen when in traffic specifically when it was cooler outside around 40 degrees Fahrenheit. That being said the bike is still tricky drive at slow speeds. It kinda makes sense because you’re driving a super bike with unlocked torque limits in 1st to 3rd gear. The map is not meant to make it a better commuter bike. I’m considering taking it to get a custom tune to see if there is really any difference. Also in terms of if the tune is damaging or hurting the engine; I’ve found zero evidence. I change the oil at 2.5k miles and saw only normal engine wear signs. This being a few super small metal fragments around the plugs magnet. Since then the oil has stayed very clear at 3.2k miles now.
