@htxia can you post pics of the Termi 184 slipons you ordered from me as well a review on the build quality, sound and your overall thoughts on them?

thanks. Buddy that is one good looking V4! love the cosmetic mods you've done.

you might want to consider getting rid of that chain tension sticker to complete the good looks ;)
thanks man yes for some reason I overlooked that sticker haha but yes I will get rid of the sticker.

i asked on another thread earlier and got a positive response from Roc. what's your impression of that kit? worth the money and effort for the end result? quick shifter still working well?

Initially I bought the arrow slip on with up map I didn't like the upmap and I found slrtuning.com and that was improvement from the upmap and this I year I changed my mind regarding the arrow sold the arrow exhaust and bought the termignoni now I'm happy with the termignoni no complaints here. highly recommend the quickshifter works better with the slrtuning.com compared to the upmap

A lot of guys with 1299/V4/ and SFV4 models wind up changing their quick shifters before they go bad. Most change out to the Cordona QS. The V4 guys buy the 420SpecialeV4. The SFV4 guys buy the 420 Evo SpecialeSFV4 and the 1299 guys buy the 420Speciale. The Cordona has strain gauge technology which basically has almost no movable parts. It can be set up as regular shift and reverse shift as well as be set up to whatever pressure you want when you shift. In the last 5 weeks between forum members from this site, guys who recommended me by forum members to their friends who have Ducati's, BMW's , Kawasaki's and Yamaha's Ive sold a total of 17 Cordona quick shifters. Granted most were for Ducati's. Two were for Kawasaki's ZX-10s, one for a Yamaha R1M and one for BMW S1000RR. The rest were for Ducati's either from this forum or gave my name out to their buddies to reach out to me. Then there is the HM OEM Blipper replacement. The HM unit is more expensive. It also has strain gauge technology but its a bit more advanced. And then there is the HM stand alone quick shifter blipper pro which is the most expensive one. You need to download their program in order to configure this set up. I have it on my bike only because I wanted to learn how to use it in case someone ordered one from me. It took me about 2 weeks to figure this thing out. I had the Cordona on my bike before that. HM Stand Alone Blipper Shifter quality, reliability and performance Ive only sold 5 of these in the last 2 years. I tell guys all the time just stick to either the Cordona QS because its an amazing QS. Its easy to install, simple to configure to regular shift or reverse shift if your rear sets are reverse shift and simple to configure for the amount of pressure you want to shift at. And if guys want something a bit better even when I tell them the Cordona is perfect then they can get the HM OEM Blipper replacement but then they have to also buy the shift rod and the two hym joints. But if someone were to change their QS's these two would be the way to go, with the Cordona being my first choice unless you were chasing championships LOL. Then I would say go for the HM. Everyone who installed the Cordona said it was like night and day. @DucatiKev was one of the few who bought the HM OEM Blipper replacement instead of the Cordona

can you post a short review aboutgoing from
The arrow to the termi? I am on the fence between the two for my sfv4. I prefer the look of the arrow, but I think it will be a bit loud for me. I prefer the tone of the termi but not sold on the look. I haven’t heard any in person, just videos online. Thanks!

for me I prefer the look of the termignoni also think it goes with the bike more. now the sound I think the arrow is a bit louder but more or less sounds the same maybe is because the arrow exhaust is point up instead of downward not sure regardless with what you choose both exhaust will give you a beautiful exhaust note.

I had the black version of the Termi slip on on my SFV4S with the UpMap, loved it…keep the DB killers in it though, very loud either way but without the DB killers even with the helmet on riding fast it was so loud it hurt my ear, like actual physical pain lol

Get the black version, looks so much better…

As a side note, I’ve had both the Termi slip on abs full Akra with the upmapped for both, the Termi, (in my opinion) sounds better, but the Akra system and map, with the lighter weight is noticeably better and faster.

but the Termi slip on is a MUCH easier install and can be done DIY in an hour or two and costs a lot less in both time and money….and is still very good, and looks great in the black version.

so if all out performance is your game go full Akra no question.

if looks, budget, and sound are your biggest motivation then that slip on with upmap is really good
