Track Day Oil Change?

First track day on my 1299 tomorrow, 6 x 20min sessions, just wondering whether I should replace the oil and filter after or wait for the scheduled service?

I wouldn't use the schedule in the owner's manual for heavy track use. Mileage on my Ducs are about 99% track so I go about every 4th track day for the oil changes. I do it with the tire changes.
 
For heavy track use, I go about every 4 trackDAYS which about tire change time to change my oil. You've only done one so I wouldn't change it yet; otherwise you're throwing perfectly good oil out. Ducati puts good oil in there.
 
I do every 3-4 track days as well. Just enough time to destroy an SC-1 rear tire!
