Here's Dave's website, he's got a couple panis he's tested and has all the settings listed.

Dave's a terrific source of info. Looking at his 13 schedule looks like he's staying on the west coast for the most part.

Thanks for that zves, I had read that before and tried to apply it to my bike, but didn't work. I'm a few pounds heavier than Alfonso and have a much different riding style. However it took Dave maybe 5 mins to dial me in and 2 sessions to get it right... Definitely knows his stuff!!

Not sure what the track temp was but ambient temp was around 26C

This will now be dubbed :Rubber Bombed

For those that are interested, Dave set the front comp to 16 and rebound at 16, rear comp at 16 and rebound at 6. Tyre pressures at front 29, rear 26. Very nice, even and progressive wear.

Hamish you mind telling me your height and weight for reference? Cheers,

Hey mate, I'm in Auckland. I have not been on the track with my 1199S but will go to NDR in Taupo next month.

Just a thought. Have you looked at getting the rear suspension re-valved? Robert Taylor does a really good job with them. They have done quite a few. I'm waiting for winter then sending my shock to him. They re-valve and re-spring it if needed. Costs about $500

Sorry rear comp 15 and rebound at 8, my mistake... However I'm 6ft and 91kg, hope that helps

I'm going to see him this coming Thursday night so be interesting to see what he sets - I'm 6'1" and a few Kgs heavier than you.

Cool, I'm in Taupo next month too for the California Superbike School, looking forward to it...

I spoke to Dave Moss about having it revalved and new spring etc, he said at my weight I need'nt worry. And to be honest once I had the right settings it felt good , real good

Enjoy, he is an intelligent man

He set up my GSXR-750 track bike for me at NOLA (New Orleans track) last year - best $40 ever spent. I was wondering if he'd played around with a Panigale yet but sounds like he's on the money again?
