Tuners in Sacramento or Bay Area

Hey guys, anyone know of any tuners that work with the Panigale V4 in the Sac or Bay Area. A few places I called do not dyno tune unless its a full on race bike. Not sure if its California thing or what but I have had no luck. If not tuning, i will settle for a dyno with AFR readings. Thank you in advance.

I would think that is is a CARB thing. (California Air Resources Board).

We have shops down in San Diego with dynos, doesn't matter if its a street bike or not.
