do you think it was a lack of communication between the service writer and the tech?
any time a vehicles computer is reset, the long and short term trims need a bit of time to get to where they need to be. i live at 1700' so normal long term trims are -15 % to -20% on good fuel. it takes a certain number of drive cycles to accomplish this.
The reflash at the first service seemed to make the the lower engine speeds a bit lumpy but no stalling. 400 miles later, the lumpyness has subsided.
