I wish they where only 35k. I think we have almost that much just in the front end. LOL. But really crying on the inside.
The links you posted for the racebikes don’t work, I’d like to see pics and details of what you have done to them!

I’ve heard Kevlar jeans help with the heat and eliminate the need to chop off the lower body

I'll look into them. I will also strongly consider riding in 99 degree weather

Good numbers. My 600mi was $330, and clutch/brakes flush was quoted $230.

FWIW I will be doing full brake/clutch flushes every oil change, or every other one. Still can not wrap my head around the recommended 2 year interval??

#nope

The dealership its pretty overwhelmed with lack of staffing at the moment. They gave me a pretty large discount on services and stuff. Quoted me at 4 hours. Ill give em extra time not to get anything on my paint protection.

I’m official, brought home the V2 today. Got a great deal from Wheels in Motion, highly recommend to anyone in SoCal looking for any bike.

First stop light, guys rolls down his window and won’t stop yapping about the V2!!!

Rode it 50 miles from the dealer, some open roads and some lane splitting through LA traffic.

Dealer Installed a fender elim but forgot I my throttle spacers!!!!

BTW where is the fuel consumption on the dash? I’m used to seeing something totally different.

Insert>>>> {awkward silence}

No such thing. I use trip 2 for fill up then reset and ride up until about 100mi mark. Then the light pops up.

I too was talking with them at first. I was not getting as good numbers as other places. But also I am about an hour or so away from them. In a long run, not worth it no matter how much of a "deal" they threw at me.

Now if they had Akra header for a good price, then Id drive up again.

FWIW, I did get my jeans and a jacket from them.

I did talk to Eli. Back when I was set on the streetfighter. I ended up getting basically msrp on my bike and 1k off duc msrp.

first service was $230 labor plus the oil &filter stuff. $288.09 total.

the function menu does show 'average' and 'instantaneous' consumption. it spits out garbage numbers. close to 40 mpg give or take on 100% 93 octane.

everything parked for the next week except the beaters. i don't go play the last week of the month as that is when the ink flows on the little pink sheets of paper from dudes and wanabe dudes dressed in blue or green polyester. sign here.

Yeah, those “dudes” are out in full force along the Southern California coast, looking for autographs hahaha. Thinking of maybe riding inland through the twisties instead
