v4 stalling issue

So I took my bike to the dealer last weekend for the first service. The morning of the bike would spin over but not start ( this is the first issue I have had with it so far ). The no start condition turn the check engine light on. The dealer completed the first service and said the code stored was a loss communication code. They updated the pcm since there was a new map for it and said that "should" fix my issue. When I left the dealer I thought the bike was idling a little lower than normal... But I continued on my way. I rode about 20 miles or so and shut the bike down to do a few things inside the office. When I left the office the bike was idling very weird at the stop light. Left the light and the bike started to buck under light throttle. I pulled the clutch in and the bike shut off. It fired back up and then the bucking came back on decel. The ride home was only 2 miles so I have put in back in the garage for now. Now for the questions.....

Has anyone else experienced the same issues?
Is this possibly the computer "learning" since it has been flashed?
Should I take it back to the dealer or put some more miles on it first?

Thanks in advance

I had a similar issue and it was my rear speed sensor. Mine didn't buck on decel, however, after i restarted the bike.

well, this could be anything, from bad fuel to bad software
what I think of immediately (but this does not mean it will be this), is the exhaust servo valve. Maybe a bad connection there or some bad timing, ... It would not hurt to check this

I really think it is a software issue since they loaded a new map into the pcm when it was at the dealer. I noticed the low idle when I left the dealer. On my way home I stopped and got fuel, it seemed to run fine after that. But it did the bucking and stalling during a ride later that day, along with the low idle.
