Hi guys. After sending my bike back to the dealership located in San Francisco , Ca . They finally diagnosed the surging issue and wanted to share to you all that this is a Ducati magnetic sensor problem. Ducati North America has made a statement that the auto blipper sensor , throttle body sensors have failed do to heat problems. Apparently , the 2021 now have heat Wrap materials to protect the sensors from overheating. They are replacing the auto blipper sensor and throttle body sensors.
I have made an effort to escalate this situation as the bike is not safe to ride due to these sensors failing. This should be a massive recall and replaced by all the new sensors that are on the 2021models.
I plan to buy an trans logic blipper from super Bike unlimited as their builders has made it apparent that all their WSBK bikes have failed with stock quick-shifters. I hope this helps other and thank you all for sharing.

Got the wrap on my 2021 and so far no issues.
