Jorge’s actions were definitely questionable, but there was no way Dovi was going win that race regardless (even though I was hoping for a miracle).
As for the Rossi comments...the haters are more obsessed with him than the people who like him. Unfortunately, he’ll still be talked about in every MotoGP thread even long after he retires.

It was always a long shot and Dovi had to race with a bin it or win it attitude.

He was helping out a fellow Spanish rider. He was told on the pit board three times to let Dovi by, and he ignored the team orders. MM helped him a few years ago when the situation was reversed. It blatant, its racing. Long ago before most of you out there on this forum were born and before the internet.....American riders dominated MotoGP. They called them them the mafia.

Yeah, I mean in hindsight we all knew it was a long shot. My heart was with him, but in reality if I had to put money on it, it would of been on Marquez.
It was just as the pieces were starting to come together that ..... was just like a spoilt kid with his toys thrown out of the pram. Dovi would of been in a far better position, Jorge was fast enough to stop him passing but definitely slowing him down. Should Marquez of had the fall I would of done nothing but blamed Jorge. Ultimately, I know that's speculation though.
But a fact that has come from this is that Ducati clearly can't control their riders which I would call an embarrassment at the least. And clearly Jorge thinks he's far to important to let his team 'mate' past.

thats because people are still bitter about 2015 thinking it was rossi title. somebody said they want marquez to lose because of what he "DID" to rossi in 2015 so i had to give them an update on what actually happened.

dovi said jorge was making him faster. towing him around. they were on the same tires same times etc. whats with this move out of the way crap. if your faster beat him.
in all honesty dovi as great of a season as he had shouldnt have even been close but thats a different debate. he did a good job hats off but come on with jorge cost dovi. Australia cost dovi end of discussion on that

You are just feeding a troll (Mark). Rossi was a factor last year and year before that since he was 2nd. Zarco and Iannone was relevant since they qualified 2nd and 3rd.

no the valeban spit their nonsense so i smack them around. as stated by young r this was a thread about dovi and marquez. the valeban came in and said they want revenge for what marc did in 2015. he did nothing in 2015. jorge won the title.
the other argument is Dovi was using up tires and energy trying to make a needless pass, while it's an individual sport they both still work for the same team and Ducati had clearly told him just move over and give Dovi a chance to try and catch pedrosa and maybe force something whatever slim that chance was. Lorenzo had nothing to gain except maybe to isolate himself a little more in the paddock and be MM golden boy.

And now try without the yellow hate. Even Dovi said he was over driving the bike to even keep up. JL was dragning him along and improving his lap times, as can be seen from his pace throughout the weekend.
Also confirming JL's abilities as a teammate is how he dragged Pirro up the ranks during qualifying.
I guess you know better then the Ducati team, and they were just having fun asking him to pull over.

Dovi and Jorge knows better than the guys in the garage. I trust Dovi when he says he was over the limit and when he says Jorge was maling hum faster.
The fact that they both crashed out supports the claim by Dovi. He never would have caught Pedro and Zarco.
