What are you doing with your 1199 this weekend?

Just rode 120 miles in the rain...to bring her back from the dealer!
She will need a bath...I'll do this Saturday.
Sunday, we're back on the road...!

Call me a Sally but I don't want mine to see a drop of water. I can't stand cleaning bikes after getting caught in the rain. If anyone is looking for a free "WET" setting hit me up.

On a side note...I pull up to my dealer today and sitting outside in the rain is 5-6 1199S's. My 848EVO that I bought there last year, I found out sat in the rain for a wk before I took delivery of it.

Lastly, hopefully I'll be taking my S home tomorrow morning. Glad I got the down payment in before everyone else around here.

If the weather holds up I'm going to take the Tri to Oulton Park for the British Superbikes on bank holiday Monday. Today however it's sitting in the dining room while I wrestle a hangover of immense proportions.

From which dealer did you buy your bike?

Only 45 miles on the odo so far, looking to take a big chunk out of that 621 mile break-in.

I am not thinking of taking pillion passengers....so will leave it in Flat setting

Have you seen the other thread on suspension set up?

Rich from Austin Racing and beanflicker have put in some time on this one and unless you're Troy Bayliss then the Progressive setting may be better? But each to their own, was only in case you hadn't seen it.

I have just fitted my CF Rear Mudguard.

Thinking to do the F to P thing this weekend

Plus riding it :p

The gold wheels look good with the Tri scheme. I don't like them with the all red paint job though. Looks good all in all, works well. What else do you have planned?

I dont get it bolds...why not just buy a tric?? I mean the thing looks sharp but...financially I dont see how its wise going this custom...very tasteful tho ;-)

I like the gold wheels! Would look great with some gold rear sets and levers. Why didn't you choose to put on the Tri lower fairing if your going for that look?

Weather was amazing this weekend in Seattle so me and my roommate took advantage of it. Loving the bike BTW, it's amazing!
