Looking for a better option than the thin wire rivet on dzus fastener things that are practically impossible to get on
 
I have a little of everything... OEM bolts, dzus and zip ties in some places... I know your bike is way too pretty for all that... coming out to VMD this weekend?

Yes sir..just getting body work back and was hoping to find a better way to mount this crap ( preferably new method of fairing to side panels is the real concern)
 
i used the screw-on dzus base plates, trimmed them with a dremel and wired those to the electronics holder plastic pieces, works pretty well. the side fairings with the bellypan are a PITA. so i close the bottom one first and then pull the fairings up to match the upper holes. not perfect, but sits nice and tight.

plus i've gotten into the habit to slap a small pice of ducktape over every dzus and other fasteners.

Right on! How's it going? Get much racing in this year?
I'm not doing as well on points as I hoped, missed two races :/

Not much racing, did the Cycle Jam round but had to skip Pitt Race while my suit was repaired from a crash at track day. Hoping to hit a few more races before the season ends, now that I have everything fixed back up. I will come find you this weekend!

Not yet, headed to Commonwealth Motorcycles Friday to have Chad Wells get her diagnosed for me... we'll see what it is!
