After much deliberation I decided to try out the aero kit on my 1199R. I made sure to sand the rough edges s that I don't scratch the fairing up. It is starting to grow on me and everyone that has seen it on really digs it.

What are the next mods that everyone is planning to do? My next purchase will be the Bonamici mirror block offs and then some engine tuning.

Hence why I'm glad my bike never came with them, or had em installed when they offered to!! They said it was to protect riders from the heat. I still say one never experienced heat unless they've ridden the 1098s series when the pipes were still up under the tail end !!

lmao! I remember putting my knees out from the tank, just to get some cool air in there. Even my Multistrada gets a little warm.

The heat is better at certain speeds and worse in others. To me it was a wash and I left them off.
