I haven't done much. Mostly just getting the bike ready for the track and visual effects. Nothing to the engine or the exhaust.

Fender Eliminator Kit
Mirror/Turn Signal Caps
Ohlins Steering Damper
Ducati Race Seat
Aftermarket Foot Pegs, I dont know what kind. I got them from a member here.
Shift-Tech Quick Release Gas Cap
1199 R Decals

Today test riding as usual routine after major work.
Its a eternal struggle to keeping it looking & working like a Panigale should,but now i think we are ready for trackdaying again.
