What Did You Do For Your Panigale Today?

Ducati Forum

Help Support Ducati Forum:

Its for the old Panigales but i have a special made imu holder and fairing extenders so it will work on 1199R/1299 also.
The front and intake fits together as one package.
Finish is more raw and race if you compare to Fullsix, fitment is way better.
I think the Sigl stuff are also more made to handle a crash at the track better then others.
Will try to get you photos later.

Got the akras installed today

Just added a "selfie angle" handlebar go pro mount for filming myself while riding. It can rotate 360° and click in place in 12 different positions. Will be interesting to check out the footage. What do you guys think?

I actually did not do this today but a few weeks ago swapped out my OEM stand for a CF one. Here is the weight comparison. Will take a bit more off when I get a Ti pivot bolt,

Hi TOBTEK,

possible to share with me the bike lift source?

any comments are appreciated.

Tony

We had them custom made. Bought a car lift and chopped it all up to make two bike lifts. DUMB money to do it.... but hela cool.

sure it!! I think the most versatile kit I've seen, i'm in the market to get a lift that would storage, work, and space saver. However, I do want to have a foot pump, rather than a pneumatic system.

nevertheless, very inspiring!!

Pulled the 1199 out of moth balls last week, I stripped it and sold a lot of the bits like ti akra, oz bsb wheels and suspension to fund the 899 that I was building I’d now like to turn my attention back to the 1199.
I got a hold of some cf wheels and termi corse ti exhaust and I still have the rapidbike for fueling and shift assist blipper I also still have forks and shock from a 959 I had that was sprung and valved so will go with those and delete abs by chopping the pump and install hel lines like the 899 and also the Ti bolts from the legendary gecko and other sources.
Have a bit to sort like a radiator fan (i'm butchering the stock one) and attaching the cans onto my subframe also like to do lightweight axles and rear rotor, should be good.

Very nice bike! I have same exhaust on my bike and I made shroud and attached Spal fan... This whole setup is 1 1/2" thick with plenty clearance between fan and exhaust manifold.

That’s not the same exhaust as Able has. He has the SBK pipe which has a completely different front header which is so far, an issue with any fan. If someone gets a lower fan to work (any lower fan) with the spec SBK exhaust (termi, Akra, or storm) let me know

Very cool. do you race your bike or is it set up for track days? I like the fan setup. I have a similar fan that I got from MickCarbon. Great quality just need time to fit it.

Bo13R nice beast!

Thank you sir!

Thank you. Racing days are over for right now but one can never know for sure! Plan is for bike to be used for few track days for right now, will see...
I decided to make this setup due to hating the bulk, complexity, ugliness of oem one, in the end simplicity of this setup. I can tell you that little fan is moving a lot of air, you will love it.

Placing a data logging on the tail of the bike. I was thinking maybe carved an exact match up the hole and place the unit into the tail plastic

Today did some work on some Workshop electrics and refitted some parts to the 1199 to get ready for registration inspection. Put a CF part that I got from Carbonvani on the scales to compare to OEM. It is the cover immediately under the headlight. 58 gr weight difference. It all adds up. I also checked out a few heavier looking bolts that will save some weight in Ti.
