Also not nearly as nice as the unit Gecko made, I made this in a few minutes. 15mm (od) magnesium bar stock. Drill and countersink. Titanium cap screw. Super light and easy to make.

Didn't take pics, but installed SBS RS brake pads today, flushed all fluids and replaced with motul, changed to an Oberon clutch slave cylinder and installed ram x-grip fork stem mount!

Evotech SRL Gas Cap and Sprocket Carrier (with weights)

Finally got around to installing the Evotech SRL gas cap and sprocket carrier and also weighed them for those who find that information interesting :D

Evotech gas cap = 229gr
Ducati std gas cap = 338gr
Evotech Sprocket Carrier = 357gr
Ducati Sprocket Carrier = 359gr

So saved a little with the gas cap but no gain with the sprocket carrier, but the evotech looks sooooo much nicer than the standard carrier :p

Gecko - I am really looking forward to hearing if you notice any difference with the Factory Pro Shift Kit - been thinking about it myself, but been unsure if it is all placebo effect or if there is any benefit on the panis - so go get the bike on track :D

I was definitely surprised how heavy OEM gas cap was...

They are available but due to the complexity of the parts they are very expensive.

More pics after mounted up.

I was thinking the same as Gecko. Very cool.

I am assuming they are not for sale right now.

Working on the tooling right now for the fan housing and lower case cover in carbon definitely be some weight savings there. Not much with the battery tray from oem.

Damn another CF item to my wish list.

People here dont care about the price! Its 100g lighter. whers the link?? ;)

Clean-up after a another track day.
Change brake fluid to Endless RF650 as my old castrol SPF started to VL during sessions

Got new PB which Im happy for.

On side note, had 2x ASBK riders show up to get some practice in before the ASBK round here later in year. 1x on very basic track 959 and another one 4 year old ZX6r.
They came 1 & 2 in the SBK class (both 600 & 1000) against some very quick S1000rr and ZX10R's!

this guy gecko never stops amazing me with what he does. serious question do you just do this in your spare time or does it pertain to your work.

Hey Mark
Spare time, for me this is some kind of R&R from my work as software engineer.
