Dude you have started this thread on at least 3 different occasions.

It's like groundhog day.

Ordered my base Nov, got it in May. It was a new model at the time, so I would relax (impossible) and expect it no earlier than April. DNA is really bad at this. There will be no word, and then it shows up at the dealer and you get a call.

Dude they cancelled the R and coming out with an R4. 4 cylinders

And it has one round, one square head light. Instead of LED, they are Lasers!

The following is from an email to my dealer from a regional business manager from Ducati North America:

"I have these three bikes scheduled as pre-solds. Please confirm. These bikes should be shipped towards the latter half of March. I can fully assure you no one in the US has a Panigale R. They are not even on the water from Italy yet."

This email was in response an inquiry I made because I heard rumors of dealers having them. They must have had demos!

Waiting sucks!!!

There is another post in this forum which shows a picture of an R model sitting on a showroom, and the poster is I believe claiming to be in the US --- this is what prompted my inquiry with my dealer....so if "Ducati" is saying there are no R models for sale yet in the US, then what else could it be other than a demo (when I say demo, I am referring to a demonstration bike used in the multiple shows which have taken place around the country)???

BTW - I am quite sure it was not photo shopped.

wel they have been using S models with some paint to look like R models for some bike shows.

I was told that mine will arrive next week. Can't wait for the bike to arrive and the snow to melt.

My R is on the water, and due in early April in So Cal. Looks like maybe 3 per dealer that sells 150 ducs a year. Big bump in price over a S, so life is short, enjoy.

My R came at the dealer early March. Wednesday I received my R. It is a stunning bike to see and drive. I noticed how freely it revs and more power in mid rpms. Although I didn't went past 7K. I drove 90km. I am very proud to have one of five here in my country.
