Haven't done it yet. Probably a bit later as I prefer to have the bike riding it.

Is it just the kit or do I need additional stuff. I found a price of 2600. I have two weeks of down time next week and that sounds like the best weight loss mod. I'm still debating the wheels.

The kit comes with the map, and manifold pipe pieces to replace the mid-pipe. You use the same termi cans - just with the longer/fatter pipe. . .

I doubt you'll get it next week, but could be wrong. There is a backlog with this pipe.

I have stock cans so id need the termi cans and that kit. That's like 4500 or so. That's definitely an off season mod then.

That's what I thought, but somebody answered akra in the poll.

Akrapovic did deliver a batch of prototypes, a few went to the USA but most of them stayed in Europe. Motovation in TX for example has one on their bike as well, the bike that was on display at the Moto GP race in TX.

I've got a termi slip on now looking into getting the super sport header, I've been told it ditches the fan and that is something I'm debating

I wish termi would make their headers in ti or atleast have an option. SS headers are a waste and akro will void warranty.

Termi Slip-ons! Never looked back...or even forward?.... to a full system?.:D
Happy with power and torque of the Termi slip-ons! ;) Dont need anything more unless you're racing.

That would only save like 1lb more but probably double the price - so why bother ? If you want to save a lb, you can save it in a lot of other ways much cheaper. . .

I can't imagine how hot this thing gets without the fan. Do you do any street riding? That fan is ridiculously powerful. I like how it keeps running if the bike is hot even after you stop the engine. I actually had to clean out my garage because the fan is so powerful when pushing the bike backwards into the garage it blew leaves, grass clippings and all sorts of crap into the garage as I was pushing it back. Too bad it wasn't the other direction or I could use it as a leaf blower.
