Tell him Tom from California said to ask him for a visit, and if he could recommend a hotel for your budget. If you’re going with your family or buddies makes a difference. Some people want the beach and night life, while others want a nice resort away from the crowds. He’s happy to give you a tour and where to stay.

Umm... as a conservative American. I can categorically say that Trump is VERY rude, and foolish, and bombastic. He would do better to just shut up and do the work instead of constantly making stupid or incorrect statements. Shut up, do the work, brag when it's finished. Not Brag, Bluster, Lambast and walk it back 20 times as you change course another dozen times until you finally achieve half of what you originally intended. this isn't the 'Art of the Deal' This is 'The Clusterf**k of inanity'.

When you start doing the 'alpha' vs 'beta' comparisons it shows that you don't have anything credible to add to the discussion. Most 'Alphas' are just overbearing jerks that dominate everything by force of being the loudest, most out going, or downright bullies. 'Betas' are servants or slaves. Sigma's are the REAL 'doers' of the World. Sigma's are the ones you NEED to be aware of, because they quietly get things done, and if that means YOU are in the way, well, that's not a good thing for you.
I'd rather have a Sigma in the WH than all these idiotic Alpha's we have running around. And I'd rather live in a Sigma country than under the tyranny of an Alpha dominated Colonialist/Imperialist regime that achieves things because it's leaders are trying to prove something.

What I was saying was that skimming money usually happens in 2 places - the source or in transit. The US is well known for it's corruption in the government - unless you really think a shoulder-fired stinger missile costs over $400,000...when it cost $25,000 in 1991. Not to mention how many things "fall off the back of a truck" or is "damaged" in transit.

So you are talking about the RECEIVING parties being corrupt, not the US.... I'll totally agree that the Ukrainian Government and Military are a couple of the most corrupt entities in the World, right behind the Swiss BANKING system which hides trillions of dollars in 'corrupt' money behind hidden accounts.
Until the skimming can be found, it can be anywhere. As far as I have seen in the news, the US "sent" x amount, and the Ukraine "received" around half...so yeah, it could be the receiving party, it could be the sending party or it could be anyone in the middle since I doubt the US gov't ships door to door to Ukraine.
