Who is excited about the Ducati V4?

I keep making a mistake of buying first year Ducati...like I did with 12 Pani S then got 16 Pani R... with all these SLs and FEs...

I will wait like 5 years and get a R, SL equivalent, or Desmo RR version 2. lol
 
Will they'd have V4 12 days later at the NEC? I shall be rather miffed if they don't. I could always get over it by having a cup of tea or six I suppose!

It's final otr price.. Interesting they just removed it [emoji4] something went wrong, probably they were not allowed to share weight and hp. Also, they did have the Panigale 959 corse so we know the price [emoji4]
S Speciale might be the new R 401.900sek

In 2011 when the 1199 was released at EICMA the next place the bike came to on the world release was the Sydney Motorcycle Show on about the 20th November. I put a $500 deposit that day and I was not even allowed to sit on it. Then had to wait till May 2012 for delivery. Worth the wait though.

not the new R, think of it as a Tri colore ;)
 
Seems almost a parallel of the 1199 launch. Base, S and Tri then the R following on a year later. Agree that the Tri is a huge increase in price if it's just basically a paint job. Just over a week to go and we'll know all the facts. General concensus is the bike looks a LOT better in the flesh from the two dealers I have spoken too....but then they would say that! Interested to read the TFT features Bluetooth as well.

I’m more than happy to admit that I’m not able to get the better of the 190ish that I have
at the wheel now. 220plus is pointless for anything other than the pub, unless you are a
serious level race guy. IMHO of course.

I said this in a PM the other day. I can happily raise my hand and say the same.

A small part of me wants the V4 to look crap so that I won't want one. I'll then put a bit of cash in to some more serious mods for my R.
