1199 won't start

hello everyone.
i'm going trough hell right now. My 1199 just wont start. the motor is turning, and there are some buffs and bangs- but it doesn't start.

i 've found that diagnostics software and got me some cables, and this is the turn out:
0050 Ho2S Heater control circuit (Bank 2 Sensor 1), status 28
0600 Serial communication link malfunction, status 28

Let me explain what happened before which might helps you to narrow it down and to fix it:
- The bike ran perfect in the 1st session.
- I checked air for the 2nd session and forgot to put the cap back on. Going down the straight"¦ rear tire flat but I could prevent a crash. Crawling back to the pit at idling/stalling speed.
- New tires for 3rd session- want to start but motor is just spinning and fires once in a while. After 10 minutes of trying it jumps, but it's running poorly with less power than before. She stalls at idle and since then no more starting (motor spins and fires somet.).

I'm pretty sure that the lap on a flat tire messed up the electronics and since I read the 0600- it might just turned on a "˜protection plan' or the ECU needs a reset or re-flash.

What do you think?

I mean... I get a 'communication link malfunction' from the ecu in this case?

There’s a connector on the bbs, disconnect then reconnect.
