I would agree that the wheels do seem to cheapen it for some reason. But again, we are just talking aesthetics at this point.

Maybe the used list... after the v4 comes out.
I'm not too crazy on the looks of the exhaust either....IMO - Looks way too heavy! Hopefully they will offer a full race version on their accessory list and keep the price in line with the "R" system.

I actually really like the undertail exhaust. Hopefully there is a kit to delete the cats and let it breathe. The one concern I would have is the tire warmer clearance that was discussed in another thread. That's a bummer.

The leaks that were floating around were that it's similar to how the 15R motor had some bits from the previous SL. Hopefully we find out later.

Nvm. I was thinking there's no way it does for $35k.
The key engine differences between the 1299 Panigale R FE and the 1299 Superleggera are the use of steel cylinder liners, steel fasteners and a die cast crank case in the 1299 Panigale R FE.

..the steel liners are more for durability, as opposed to aluminum found on the SL
i'm not an engineer....just someone that learns as he goes
