1299S windscreen options

Bump... Do we still have only the DP screen as an option?
 
Just put a powerbronze dark screen from the UK on mine I always go with powerbronze top quality fits perfect.
 
Where did you buy the MRA screen? Thanks

I went to the MRA website (.de), when entering my shipping address, the USA is not in their list of countries, so that kind of stops the process.

I just provided the link for the 1299.

I purchased mine from overseas where I got my central stand.

Not sure if they have 1 for the 1299 though.
 
I guess I stand corrected !

Even just a a few months ago they still did not have any aftermarket windshields that would fit the new 1299.. (the fairing stays and mounting holes are different)..

I guess the aftermarket companies finally got smart and realized that many 1299's are being sold..

I have the Puig screen - it fits fine, quality is good, but I would normally buy the zero gravity corse screen, however its not available as yet. The ZG corse screen on my 1199 was superb on really long rides. Never had the MRA screen so can't comment. The Puig screen also does not have any high speed vibration issues which I've had with other screens. Hope this helps all you owners of standard screens.

PS Ducati Performance Catalogue products are ridiculously over priced and the only thing I use that for is getting the barbie going!!

Just go get a DP screen......

If somehow for some ridiculous reason you manage to crack it, then the screen is probably the least of your problems. But if its not because you've parked your bike upside down, you just go get a replacement from Ducati.

How hard can this be?

Got my MRA from Twisted throttle. Hopefully they have it in stock... Mine took over 2 months to arrive. Not their fault though, it's just the typical Euro parts waiting game we all have to play.:rolleyes:
