When I go online it’s saying it’s up-to-date. But when I go in to do the auto Vin# find it doesn’t find it? Did anyone’s set up auto find the Vin number?
 
Gave it another try this morning and it worked out. It picked up the auto Vin and everything else. I didn’t realize you had to go to special options to reset the service schedule. But it worked out great I did it on both the Speciale and my street fighter. Very happy with this for 499 not having to go back to the dealer will save a lot of time and hassle.
 
@Somefun Did you have any issues creating an account? It keeps giving me a network error even though I'm connected to WiFi and can access Google from the device.

ETA: I figured it out. My WiFi router was blocking it because it was sending login information to its destination server which wasn't encrypted. So I'd suggest not reusing a username or password on the device. Once I unblocked it, everything started flowing like it should.

Has anyone figured out why the auto vin check doesn't work? Also, if you did the manual vin input, then model should you select?

Auto Vin check should work, mine is anyway.
Have you registered and updated everything?

If your bike is too new the device may not be able to read it off of your VIN. Just manually select your bike from the list.
 
So I tried again, and this time, it worked. Note I have a 2020 base V4. Incase anyone else wanted to verify it works for their bike.
 
Does this software do the APS and TPS reset on the newer Ducati’s? I have monster 1200R and melcodiag does the ecu codes but not the resets.
 
An OBDStar does all the adaptive resets, but its not software. Its an Android tablet running OBDStar's program DiagProgram which allows you to access everything on the bike.
