Patience without threats is always the best option. It will be there when it comes. Good things come to those who wait :)
My bike finally arrived the last week in April and was ready in less than a week, ahead of my dealers promise date:) No threats, no nagging, or complaining.

Most of my stuff came in :) The exhaust, alarm, fluid reservoirs, and heated grips were the only things I had the dealer install. Just a few items are on back
order.

All my Ducs in a row, well besides my KTM and Monkey:)

I even pick up a Joker tee to ride on my new bike:)

Thanks to all the advice here I've learned a lot. It's hard to believe when I started this thread it would ever have 15,000 hits and growing.

Ride on everybody,

Duc-Rider

Hi guys, could one of you please let me know the handle bar width on the Streetfighter at the widest point.
Cheers

The more I think about it the more I am leaning towards the Street Fighter V4S over the Panigale V4. I already have my 1299 and have done so many mods that it would be pointless to sell her. The only one on this post that actually knows how many things have been done to the 1299 is DucatiKev because he gets updates every time I add a new mod. This past Thursday I installed the Ohlins DU 466 rear shock and will be ordering the Ohlins FGRT 203 forks in 2 to 3 weeks. I also just installed the CNC Racing red Pramac Racing front and rear brake reservoirs and clutch reservoir last week which I am now putting up for sale because I ordered these Motorcorse reservoirs LOL. Machined from solid Brake and Clutch oil reservoirs kit for Brembo semi-radial standard pumps - Panigale 899 / 959 / 1199 / 1299 - Ducati - Brands ( thank god Im a parts dealer otherwise my wife would have thrown me out of the house by now with all the mods on all my bikes).

Im most likely going to sell my S1000R and wait till January to pick up a Street Fighter. But once I sell the BMW S1000R Ill use that money to buy whatever parts I need for the Street Fighter. DucatiKev and I will be hitting up my local dealer. I got the dealer to give DucatiKev $1700 off of a 2020 Panigale V4 or V4S. But Im betting in January Ducati will be offering some type of discount and my dealer will throw something in on top of that .

That is a great pic of you and bike. Enjoy riding the hell out it.

What abt the CeraCarbon fork? U should become a dealer for them

They cost 8750 euros which is $9599. At the very least maybe Id get 20% as a dealer. Who know maybe more. But even for arguments sake I got a 20% dealer discount. That 8750 euros is without VAT tax. If the VAT tax was included then before the price for US buyers would be 6825 euros which is $7487. And say I received 20% off (Im using the 20% off as a worst case) my cost would be $5990. Add shipping of around $65 and thats $6055. Then add import tax which I would calculate at around $500 and that would bring my cost to $6555. So that means if I sold them for $7000 the profit would be $235 after either the paypal fee or credit card fee. Most likely I would put them up for $7150.

But the price doesnt include VAT tax. So that means if I got a 20% discount my cost would be $7680. Add $65 shipping and thats $7745. Add at least $600 import tax. And we are up to $8345. And thats before I add something for myself. Ductikev I think its time to upgrade your front end buddy LOLOL. Ill stick with the Ohlins FGRT 203s I will be ordering LOL

Ive been asked by some people when Ilmberger will be coming out with the carbon wings for the 2020 Street Fighter. I was told they will be out by around October. But Im surprised no one has mentioned whether a carbon piece will be made to replace the black plastic under the headlights. Unless Im wrong and someone did ask about it somewhere on this forum.

Hey duc -rider could you measure the height of the bars. My panigale v4 is 32 inches from ground to bar end. My Zh2 is at 39 inches.

Some not so popular cosmetic mods;)

Ducati LED turn indicators ( 96680201A ). High quality, aluminum, and bright.

Ducati licensed Akrapovic Slip On Silencer ( 96481711AA ). Outstanding workmanship, beautiful, and great sounding while maintaining legal sound levels:cool:

No power gain, but then at 180 RWHP without a fairing is insane!

Just got home from work on the new SF. I have to say the more I ride her the more I lone her. I have to get her to the track this summer. I know she will shine like crazy !

Does anyone think the EBC setting from the factory is just too much? In "Street" it's set on max. It works okay for me on medium, but I wish there were more control than minimum, medium, and maximum:(

Yup. Way too much. I have found a sweet spot where if you just keep having a hair of throttle engaged it will downshift and maintain the speed. On the other hand, if you complete let go of the throttle and downshift, it gets rough even on EBC 1. I am talking daily casual riding. Twisties and track is another story...

Well said :)

After while I set it on one as well. Still not good enough for urban riding. Know exactly what you mean when it comes to throttle work. Really shouldn't have to do that. Do you think a software patch would fix this?

Ducati are you listening???

My bad,
