eBay from Coleman Powersports. With that eBay charges for fees that has to be no to very minimal mark-up on it to make that sale profitable.

For the Streetfighter it was from Motowheels, but they look like they are back to murdering people on the price. ETA: I went back and looked, I paid $4.9K for the Streetfighter one, which included shipping, so not that good of a price. It was cheaper than my dealer with the discount they give for buying a bike because of sales tax.

Still need to get the lower fairings for the full system though. That will be about $300-350.

Crazy to ask 7k for that exhaust. Someone will pay it though. Easy enough to roll into there financing and have it dealer installed the day they pick up the bike. IF (big if) If decide to put an exhaust on I would do the Termi slip on, filter & map. Under 5K nice sound and performance. But like I said earlier thats not a mod I'm interested in. To me the best mods are contact points on the bike (grips, seat, rear sets).

Cheers!

For all my commments about the price of a titanium exhaust they are not that easy to make, you cant just knock one up at the local fabricators and have it look as refined or work as well as the factory approved option.
Ultimately top end sports bikes are expensive and you have to pay to play, as I mentioned my running costs are huge (not so much this year with covid) but 2 rears and front every 3k's is 1200 bucks here, add in a few upgrades, maintenance, insurance etc and its not a cheap hobby if you ride them a lot.

Look at the work thats gone into this custom job to get an idea of whats involved, still in the end I still think there is a Ducati premium but if thats the price then either put up or shut up! (note to self stop whining like a little bitch!)

Like their country of origin BMW owners can be a very technical, pedantic, OCD bunch, especially the internet denizens . I’ve owned over a dozen beemers over the years and never made a warranty claim. Technically brilliant bikes but a little sterile. I like hot tempered red headed little seductresses.

A few years back I bought an RSVR4 RF on a whim and then had to fess up to my wife. I sat her down very seriously and said I had something I needed to confess to her. I could see where her mind was going and I told her I was having an affair with an Italian mistress, after a moment she got it (still equally furious). Needless to say I didn’t get any for a bit, but as riding buddy once said “motorcycles get you through times of no woman better than woman get you through times of no motorcycles” ;)

LOL Have to agree on all points!

I have the '19 R1250 GSA and it really is an impressive machine - it does everything well, especially for those long road trips (with occasional light off-road excursions). Had a blast doing adventure ride from FL out west to CO, UT, and AZ this summer. Rode nearly 5,000 miles on that trip and had no issues. It's been perfect since purchase. As you mentioned, it is somewhat STERILE though.

I'm guilty... I love the wild Italian bikes best - have the '20 models of the RSV4 (spicy, but not quite as "raging" as the Ducati) and the V4 Panigale... love how it indicates "danger" and dares you push it harder as the riding intensifies! In the past had the booming V twins - the 1098 and 1198 were a definite workout at the track for sure.

NOTHING like a Ducati!

That’s a good deal. Did you buy “new”? From a licensed vendor?

It is new and I have no idea if its a licensed vendor. All of them come through the Ducati dealer network. It may have went from a dealer to another parts dealer to me.

The full system I bought from Motowheels still had their invoice in the package. They were getting them through another dealer too.
