I had no clue this intentional removable.

I noticed after an oil change and it pulled out. But it appeared there was super glue in the bolt to hold it. I wound up getting J Weld and epoxying it back together. Don't love the idea it can come loose, also the magnet doesn't draw to the Ti that much.. makes it even more finicky.
 
Where do you tie wire you oil bolt? What attachment point do you use... looking for a better spot.
 
I tie it to the support for the little rubber bumper on the exhaust tube (full Akrapovic) which originates at the front cylinders. Pull out the rubber bumper, run the safety wire, re-insert bumper, done. It’s just to the left of the drain plug.
