Super helpful thread! Installed new fork springs and rear shock spring to achieve proper SAG.

Then today I tore her down to install the new sprint p16 race filter and Termignoni full system. Rapidbike race ecu comes next week.

Test fit the aero kit and mapped out a potential number plate design on the track nose. Thinking brushed aluminum wrap to tie the tank scheme into the bike!

Springs first, I like your approach! The most underrated yet most effective handling "mod" that can be made.

Couldn't agree more! For reference I'm about 180lbs and running 1.10 fronts and .80 rear makes a huge difference. Also recently told by a Ohlins tech from Kyle Racing, upgrading valves will make a huge difference on the track.

Thanks guys. I'm going to step into mods. Full system came with the bike so I installed it. Ordered a rapidbike race since the exhaust didn't come with the up map only to find out the up map was already unlocked with the stock exhaust installed. Looks like the RB Race might stay on the shelf for a bit. So that being said my first focus is geometry and then dialing in suspension settings. I'm starting with the rear shock set at 312mm eyelet to eyelet in the -4 swingarm position. Had to dial the eccentric a bit after changing the SA position to take up the chain slack. I'll gain some ride height back when I install the 200/60 rear tire. Forks are at stock height.

My trackbike ready for Cartagena Spain in 2 1/2 week. The plan for this year were just to put som paint on the fairings. But as Always things got a Little bit out of hand.

Ended up with new suspension from K-Tech, new 35 DDS rear damper and pressurized cartridge. Bilpper Box from Jarel, OZ rims (not on the bike in the Picture), Handlebar Controls from Bikesports Development and much more.

Really looking forward to test the bike in Spain in a couple of weeks!! :)

Pretty simple so far. I'll add more layers and vinyl as the season goes on but I'm running out of time before next weekend! Just have to set the rear ride height when my new adjuster arrives and then put on the big nasty 200/60 Superbike slicks!!! Really love using the knife edge tape and wrap!

Where did you get the tank extension piece? Looks awesome.
