Another oil leak thread?

Dealer said it was from the clutch cover so I asked them to go back in and take another look.

When I said there was oil coming from the front top of the motor in the middle of the bike they said it was likely that it ran up there........... c'mon now... Oil doesnt run 12" forward, around the front of the motor and then another 8" up in a perfectly straight line while riding. I was half tempted to go get the bike and do it myself. Frustration is setting in now. Two back to back rides i've missed out to the mountains with great weather... All over a small oil leak.

I would use another dealer if there trying to tell you gravity makes things go up.

Got a call that the bike is ready. Ill pick it up on Saturday. Hopefully everything is good.

turned out to be the entire right side piece that goes all the way up there motor.
