Good stuff.

Like for like same day conditions and mapping for the system your AR will outperform the rest.

It's a shame so many are so quick to doubt our results.
Hopefully this has put them in there place and made them feel that perhaps they jumped the gun with the negative comments!!!

Sounds interesting .. I'd be interested if someone would pm the details.. :D
I'm a Stock S

I can bring my stock bike and stock as a rock exhaust system to start the baseline.

What part of Sydney is the Dyno in ?:)

I think it is a shame that some are quick to say that the TuneBoy software will not work and that the RapidBike module must be used.

I think the info on this thread shows how important it is to tune a bike to match the modifications.

It is also important to compare gains rather than focusing on the peak number.
One UK magazine did an article about the variation between DynoJet dynos.
Compare before and after on the same dyno.

Absolutely. If the tuneboy proves to work successfully then that will be a good comparison to make against the Rapidbike.

So unless you are comparing results from the same dyno on the same day then comparing peak output is pointless.

By extension manufacturers should focus on gains rather than peak horsepower to avoid the negative commentary, and when HP is quoted it should be with the caveat above.

Will be interesting to see how the bike fairs on the Bunbury dyno after the tune, and it would be great if someone in WA with a full Termi system would rock up so we could do a comparison - heck I'll even pay for the dyno time.

is it difficult to get Australian citizenship?

Yes...I got offered a job in Perth and when the prospective employer figured out all the work involved he back pedaled... something about Super Annuation etc??

I'm a bit surprised you want people with legitimate concerns "put in their place." You have been touting this product as far superior to the competition in terms of performance with or without custom mapping. Now, it appears the message has changed to needing to spend another $1000 plus for fueling modules and dyno time so your product may outperform another system that is cheaper and comes with a generic map. One could also argue that a full Termi with a fuelling module and custom map would outperform a full Termi with a generic map couldn't they?

They can only go on the results as they found them which was the increases they said, in this case clearly it is different and I hope the OP can find out why that is.

There no argument. Rich and AR have already done that test and posted their results on this forum. In "Their" test the AR system out performed the Termis. What's the big deal with Rich saying their system will out perform the others when his info is based on the tests they've run?

".....We have fitted 2 race units this week both bikes with full termi systems. The results are very impressive.
Bike 1 started at 174bhp and finished with 186 with a massive torque improvement.
Bike 2 started with 171bhp and finished with 180 with an even better torque increase and smooth curve.
I rode both bikes and fuelling is considerably smoother than stock or with the up maps."

Guys we'll settle this once and for all when we have the head to head run at Bunbury Dyno. Termi full system with DP map vs AR full system & custom map, no fuelling modules.

It's not a big deal to me, but I haven't spent 5 grand based on said marketing claims.

Same bike? That's a lot of work to uninstall, install, & re-install. Dumb question, how do you custom map the stock ECU without a fueling module?
