Yes, it is. The point of the clutch is that it lifts the pressure plate when there is any “back” load, with more lift on higher load

…and in the past I said good things about a guy/service because it worked for me and was local/convenient, despite all the negative crap said about him. When I inevitably saw the reality first-hand I stopped supporting him and said the truth. Maybe you should consider the same, unless of course you’re financially indebted to Bren in some way. He always takes his ONE sack-rider to every forum, so maybe you're that guy?
Maybe Bren has improved, but that’s not likely and too little, too late. There are MUCH better options available.

Bro, you seem tone deaf. You are not helping Bren Tune; in fact, you are doing the opposite - you are undermining them.
My opinion has evolved from “would be less inclined” to choose Bren Tune to “wouldn’t even consider” Bren Tune specifically because of your posts.
