Hi All, not v4 or bike related, but thought i'd share.

I'm in the US. for riding gear, helmets, boots, etc, my usual go tos are revzilla, sportbiketrackgear.com. both are good. never any issues.

i recently decided to look for a pair of sidi mag 1 air boots. i've had the regular mag 1s for a few years. i like them. solid boots (the air version is more vented for summer).

the US retailers didn't have them. probably due to covid supply chain challenges.

i ran across chromeburner.com. they're in Holland. they had the boots i was looking for, and about $100 cheaper than the US retail prices.

i was like ok, ordering from Europe, it'll take a few weeks. i'll wait

i ordered them on saturday evening, got tracking info sunday morning. they're out for deliver today

man, i appreciate good customer service and minimal screwing around.

shipping was free for $375 or more. the price was so good, i had to order something extra to get free shipping. ram mount phone holder thingy put me over the top

just wanted to share a good customer service experience

I ordered a segura leather jacket from them about 2 years ago. The answered my emails quickly about sizing concerns and shipping didn’t take long. I love the jacket and it fits great.

My go to is usually motoin.de

Usually always far below u.s. prices. Not even close. You need to create an account to see pricing without VAT though. Shipping has always been pretty good and never had to deal with any customs issues. I've ordered all 5 of my helmets, 2 jackets and 3 gloves from them. Literally have saved around $2000 when comparing to u.s. prices.

Good to know.

Motostorm.it is another similar option. I’ve ordered from them a few times and had good experiences.

I ordered an Atem V4 jacket from them (FC Moto) but its been stuck in customs since June 17th and the order was originally placed on June 7th. The price was amazing, about $200 lower than Revzilla, but f’n customs…

it is because of covid

had a set of gloves stuck in customs for exactly 1 month

28 of May to 27 of june

Add Motocard to the list. Spanish Moto supplier, I got a Mir AGV Corsa R that you can’t get in the US, for hundreds less, fast delivery and shipping was reasonable-

My Atem V4 arrived today. I paid $533.25 USD with shipping. The same jacket from Revzilla is $699.95 with their standard free shipping. Granted I ordered it on June 7th, so it was just about a month before is arrived but the savings is pretty huge. It must have been fresh from the factory too. Its the first Alpinestars jacket I've owned which smelled like leather, nothing close to a Dianese jacket but its there.

I my self ordered from chrome burner great service and fast shipping faster then US vendors like Revzilla and STG.

I ordered a set of Brembo brake calipers from chromeburner for a great price. Ordered Tuesday and arrived (in California) on Friday.

No complaints
